Rebuilding Through Steady Healing

Alongside my professional life, I have faced seasons of prolonged illness, depression, loss, and significant change. After a marriage of nearly thirty years, I began rebuilding my life as a single mother, including a move thousands of miles from what had been familiar. Therapy and the steady work of healing became part of that rebuilding.

FAITH & PURPOSE

Grounded in Truth and Calling

My relationship with YAHUAH and my pursuit of truth have shaped how I understand that journey. I am still learning how to live what I teach, protect what matters, and make room for a life that reflects who I am. The resources I create grow from that work and from my desire to offer others something they can use in their own lives.
